Little Blue Boat
Who once sailed so free,
Was left near a bridge for all to see.
Just a pale blue dot- she wasn’t a lot-
stuck in the muck knee-deep.
The scene struck a chord
With those watching from shore.
Then out went a vibe to keep her alive!
Folks joined hands and back on land
They patched and rigged her anew.
The little blue boat, again she floats!
All hope for tomorrow renewed.
